Thermotron has a worldwide network of Field Service personnel to install, maintain and provide upgrade services on equipment located at customer facilities.
We seek skilled refrigeration service specialists, with an entrepreneurial spirit, who have the ability to satisfy quality minded customer's needs. You must be able to establish long term customer relationships based on your technical capability, responsiveness, the reliability of your efforts and empathy for the customer's situation.
Successful candidates for select positions will receive:
- Extensive technical training-classroom and hands on with senior Service Engineers. Every course includes testing.. WE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR TRAINING.
- Extensive troubleshooting training. We teach you how to systematically troubleshoot complete systems. No more "guessing" about what is causing a problem. you will be able to diagnose issues using skill and logic.
- Technical support hotline. We have experienced skilled personnel available for those "tough" challenges.
- Training, Testing and registration for ISO 9001 and A2LA calibration standards.
- The correct equipment to handle the job. Certified electronic calibration equipment, all major refrigeration repair equipment, a company van stocked with replacement parts and support supplies.
