At Thermotron we have a team approach to manufacturing our products. We offer extensive skill training. We strive to develop expertise in our people in several different disciplines such as Refrigeration, Electrical, Sheet metal Fabrication and Welding.
| Manufacturing Support Group | Apprenticeships |
| These positions are entry level and provide support in creating the assemblies for large-scale industrial equipment. In these positions you will measure and cut copper, build lower level humidity modules and basic electrical wiring assemblies. Mechanical aptitude is a plus, yet prior-manufacturing experience is not required. | We offer extensive training and mentorship in Refrigeration, Electrical and Cabinet assembly. We look for some education or experience in any one area or relevant work experience. |

We look for welding and fabrication proficiencies in any of the following areas:
• Arc welding • Mig Welding • Tig Welding |
We look for experienced technicians to troubleshoot final product in the areas of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical systems. A 2 year to 4 year technical education is preferred. |
| Warehouse / Shipping | |
| We offer positions in Receiving and warehouse/inventory pull. Prior experience with receiving is a plus, yet not a requirement. Shipping includes the final preparation for our products including sanding, painting, crating and final shipment coordination. |
