Where is Thermotrons located?

A. Thermotron has been a proud member of the Holland, Michigan, USA community for over 40 years. Our world headquarters are located at 291 Kollen Park Drive. Thermotron has a great reputation but how do I know I am getting a quality product?

A. Thermotron's record of achievement comes from over 40 years of testing experience and an unwavering focus on a few simple goals: identifying customer needs, producing superior testing equipment, and offering the most comprehensive service in the industry. We proudly offer equipment meeting many industry standards including SAE, IEC JEDEC, ASTM and MIL-STD. We are also ISO: 9001 certified. Thermotron testers and many of our field service engineers are accredited for A2LA calibration and meet the requirements of ISO-IEC 17025-1999.We are proud to be certified by The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation and American Systems Registrar. I'd like some information on your products. Where can I find it?

A. Thermotron offers an immense amount of information right here on our website. An online version of our Product Directory is available or for more specific details, the Products section of our site contains lots of information about our individual product lines. Besides product and support information, what does the Thermotron.com website have to offer?

A. From test specifications information and downloadable handbooks, to conversion charts and software to presentations, Thermotron provides you with a wealth of environmental testing resources. Check out our Resources page to view all that we have to offer.

I am interest in purchasing a piece of Thermotron equipment. Where can I find pricing information or place an order?

A. Because Thermotron provides many different options and configurations our prices are only available via quotation for new equipment. Contact our customer service department at (616) 393-4580 or use our Information Request Form and we will be happy to assist you. For used or refurbished equipment, visit our Refurbished List for information on available equipment.

I want to purchase a Thermotron chamber, but I need it fast. Do you have any in stock?

A. In order to better serve its customers, Thermotron has implemented a Stock-In-Progress program. This program allows Thermotron to react promptly to critical needs of its customers by express shipping popular model sizes in particular configurations often within one week of purchase order receipt. Equipment in the program available for rapid shipment include popular benchtop and free standing temperature and temperature/humidity chambers. I need a complete combined environmental test system including the environmental test chamber and thevibration test system. Can Thermotron provide it all?

A. Yes! Thermotron is one of the only manufacturers in the industry that can provide a complete combined environmental test system including the vibration test system. I didn't know Thermotron made vibration testing equipment. Where can I find more information about shakers?

A. Thermotron has been providing high performance vibration test equipment to the shock and vibration industries for over 30 years. We offer complete repetitive shock and electrodynamic vibration test systems. In fact, Thermotron produces all of the components required for a turnkey vibration test system including the amplifier and the vibration control system as well as sliptables, head expanders, and fixtures. I already own Thermotron equipment and am in need of service, parts or technical advice. Who should I contact?

A. Our staff is here for you throughout the life of your equipment. We have the largest, best equipped and most highly trained service force in the test equipment business. If you equipment needs service, please visit our Support page for more information on our services as well as contact information for a field service engineer in your area. If you are in need of replacement parts, our responsive parts department is there for you. You can contact them at (616) 392-6550 or by using our Parts Request Form.

Q.

I have a piece of Thermotron equipment but can't find the manual. How do I order a replacement?

A. Replacement manuals are available to Thermotron equipment owners for purchase from our parts department. Please visit our Replacement Manuals page for more details. Please note, if you purchase a used Thermotron chamber from a source other than Thermotron, you will need to complete an equipment update form before you can purchase a chamber manual. Please call our parts department to obtain the Customer Record Update Detail form at (616) 392-6550.

My Thermotron controller is in need of a software update. Wher ecan I find one?

A. Thermotron offers many of our programmer controller software updates right here on our site. Visit the Software Update form, fill it out and download information will be available.

Q.

I'd like to refurbish my existing equiment. Who should I contact?

A. If you are interested in refurbishing an older chamber, converting to new refrigerants, updating a controller or improving the performance of your existing chamber or shaker please contact visit our Aftermarket Support page or contact us by phone at (616) 392-6550.

Q.

I have surplus Thermotron equipment that I would like to dispose of. Will Thermotron buy it back?

A. To meet customer demands, Thermotron purchases, refurbishes, and resells previously owned Thermotron equipment. If you would like to sell your used environmental test equipment, please complete the Sell Used Thermotron Equipment form, and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you are interested in buying refurbished environmental test equipment, please see our most current Refurbish List.
