Thermotron's SM-Series Benchtop Test Chambers provide superior performance over a wide range of applications. Ideal for testing smaller products such as computer components, automobile sensors or cellular phones, these chambers combine superior performance with compact design that is perfect for research and development or personal point-of-use testing. SM-Series Benchtop Temperature/Humidity chambers offer flexibility, uniformity and control accuracy required for cost effective testing for a variety of products.

Available in several chamber sizes, the SM Series Benchtop chambers allow you to select the exact chamber that best meets your environmental test criteria. These chambers may be mounted in an instrument rack or will easily sit on an laboratory benchtop.

Depending on configuration, Thermotron's SM-Series Benchtop chambers can provide a maximum temperature range from -68°C to +180°C (-90°F to +356°F). SM-Series chambers are equipped with a reliable, accurate and efficient full range humidity system capable of simulating conditions from 10 to 98% RH.

Thermotron's SM-Series Benchtop test chambers are equipped with the 3800 Programmer/Controller. The 3800 Controller has been designed and refined for environmental test chamber applications. The 3800 displays an interactive touch-sensitive keypad with a four-line display which makes program entry and monitoring easy. A built-in Ethernet connection allows computer interface for PC control and recording test data, while the web server feature enables remote access.

Many units are available with an optional ThermAlarm®. The ThermAlarm® is the most advanced temperature alarm/limit device available for temperature test chambers, provides audible, visual, relay and contact indication of a temperature exceeding a predetermined high or low limit. Using ThermoTrak II^TM software, lab management is simplified and productivity increases. By allowing multiple chambers to be linked to a central computer, ThermoTrak II^TM allows several tests to be run simultaneously. Thermotron's extensive multi-level, password-based security system protects sensitive data and provides peace of mind.
