Temperature and Humidity Environmental Chambers

Many of our temperature and humidity test chambers are capable of temperatures ranging from -70°C to +180°C (-40°F to +356°F) and relative humidity from 10% to 98%, in sizes beginning at 1.0 cubic liters. Our unique Universal Port option provides SE and SL Series chambers with enhanced capabilities, increased test system utilization, reduced capital investment, and a more productive test lab.

Solar Panel Testing Chambers

Thermotron is proud to offer several models of environmental test chambers that meet or exceed the requirements for solar panel testing. Our solar panel test systems are specifically designed and manufactured to perform temperature and humidity cycling including humidity freeze/thaw tests on various sizes of solar panels and modules.

Fast Change Rate Chambers

For customers requiring fast change rate chambers, Thermotron offers several test chambers capable of providing thermal change rates from 5 °C/minute to 40 °C/minute.

Accelerated Stress Testing (AST) Chambers

Thermotron's AST system accelerates fatigue in products to quickly reveal design defects. Utilizing extreme temperature change rates and repetitive shock multi-axis vibration, you can determine product design and operating limits in just hours, rather than years. Our systems are capable of running a variety of stress testing methods including HALT, HASS, FAST, and more.

Specialty and Custom Test Equipment

Working closely with our customers, we are able to provide specialty & custom test equipment including altitude, automated corrosion, moisture, sand and dust chambers, and many more. Our core competencies include ultra-low temperatures, environmental simulation and control, and application-specific instrumentation.

Functional Test Solutions

Our Product Test Solutions group is able to provide turnkey test systems including system integration, automatic test systems, functional test systems, or a unique custom design. Thermotron has the experience needed to be your single-source for product testing.

Vibration Test Systems

Our high performance vibration test systems can be used for standalone vibration testing or can be integrated with a test chamber for combined environmental testing. We are also the only company in the industry to manufacturer all components needed to create a combined environmental test facility including the chamber, shaker, amplifier, and all of the integrated control systems and software, as well as sliptables, head expanders, and fixturing.

Instruments, Controls and Software

Part of Thermotron's totally integrated approach to environmental test equipment is the manufacture of instruments, controls & software that have been specially designed for environmental testing. From our unrivaled 8800 Programmer/Controller to our extremely versatile Vibration Control software, Thermotron is able to supply turnkey support and powerful, integrated testing solutions.

Remote Conditioning

Customers testing products where size or location of the product prohibits placing it in a conventional chamber can utilize Thermotron's remote conditioning technologies to simulate conditions a product may encounter in actual service.
