Solder Joint Reliability Testing
The PTS-CMS-352 is an innovative testing solution designed by Thermotron's Product Test Solutions (PTS) group for finding intermittent faults in solder joints, connectors, switches, or relays. Designed as a complete turn-key automated test system, the PTS-CMS-352 consists of a Thermotron S-8-3800 environmental chamber and a Thermotron PTS Continuity Monitoring System (CMS).
SIR Testing
If your product research or development requirements include surface insulation resistance testing, Thermotron's Product Test Solutions group is pleased to offer you the PTS-SIRT-24 and PTS-SIRT-256; our all-in-one and turn-key SIR test systems. The PTS-SIRT systems use a highly accurate and reliable design to measure up to 256 test coupons on standard test circuit boards. The systems use solid-state switching instead of reed relays, which eliminates leakage and enhances reliability. They are capable of measuring 1MO to 100 million MO resistance with an accuracy of better than 3% of the reading. Every input has its own individual test circuit, which allows test voltage and measurement to be applied to all test sites in parallel, significantly reducing test times.
Stock-In-Progress Program
Thermotron has implemented a Stock-In-Progress program to react promptly to critical needs. Popular model sizes in particular configurations are typically available for express shipment within one week of purchase order receipt.
Models in the program available for rapid shipment include: SM-1.0 and S-1.2-3800 Benchtop Chambers; SM-8-3800, SM-16-3800, and SM-32-3800 Temperature Humidity Chambers; and SE-600 and SE-1000 Temperature Humidity Chambers.
All equipment included in this program is subject to prior sale. Stock-In-Progress levels are closely monitored, and new models are continuously replenished for production. Customization of these units or the addition of optional accessories will increase price and shipment time.
